its been awhile since i abandoned u. i finished p

ediatrics posting, which means ive been abandoning you for the past 4 months.. the posting was awesome, i learned alot, i miss the specialist, mo's and definitely the babies. it was a busy posting and i was quite occupied

last week i changed to new posting orthopedics which i have no idea and cant barely remember anything from medical school. comparatively with my previous 2 postings, this one well known for heavenly-chillax posting. most of the HO's there

has a tablet just to kill of time. since i noticed i will be spending alot of time @ home i decided to get myself a new laptop just to surf and also at least to play dota.

i bought myself a netbook. :)

p/s: friends of mine bought me watch for my bday. miss them since im now in peninsular for raya

Raya blast in Negeri 9

Ok due to my recent obsession with my all time favourite TV series Alias.. i decided to make my blog a little bit more interesting starting of with the name of the place where my activities confined to based on the post itself.

Started my day in Bangi with my new baju melayu teluk belanga (teluk rite?) which was bought a night before Eid iteself. And performed my Raya prayers in Bangi. after damn good meal i headed straight to Negeri9. I recently discovered that the name of my kampung Linsum (we pronounced it as Lin-Som) should be pronounced as Lin-Sam and it was a name for chinese small vilage for miners. Ate alot of food and had such a good time with my cousins. which was pretty cool as our age gap was not that big so basically we can talk about alot of things easily.

After sinful binge session in the morning, we decided to go karaoke. Amazingly i found out that negeri9 people has this obsession towards karaoke and they have alot of shop Kbox,GreenBox, and whatever Box u know of name it..

on the way there.. almost every shop is closed.

It was a blast and after that we stopped by at McD and discovered for the first time that the stupid McD was out of fries, and the set number 3,4,5,6,7 (watafak?) and when u used up all ur energy ur gonna spend half of the next day sleeping.

Cant have enough of this

These few days have been such a good weekend for me. Started of with Mukhriz's graduation, followed by MBBS05/10 on friday and Fazrul's on Saturday. Well to be honest am very happy for them and also quite sad as we wont be able to do this often. Most of them are working and leading their own life and bounded by their own commitment. Hope this mixed feelings will serve as a motivation for me to thrive higher.

It started of with Thursday when i need to go out 30minutes earlier before the Medicine end of posting exam. Drove all the way to DTC for mukhriz's graduation. Managed to catch nuzul and hop and hopefully they will guide me if someday ill end up in Sabah.

Then on Friday, my batchmates graduate and we had such a great time, have a long night out and had such a great laugh. Gonna miss every and single one of them as they're scattered all over Malaysia for their posting.

On Saturday I served as Fazrul's noob photographer. Well it was quite fun. Disembarked from UM around 2.50 with shasha and her cousin, arrived there, waited til my mom bbm-ed me that everyone's coming out from the hall.. greeted him, took few pictures and went to sent shasha home after a session at sushi king mid valley.

Today, just got back from picking up fazrul and mukhriz for our surprise visit to Epit's office as she's stressed out with heavy workloads and the fact that she is working on sunday. bought her Nasi Lemak and had a chat session before we finished the meeting with a little session in tutti frutti TTDI and Mukhriz's house.

The end of my searching Journey

Have you ever wanted something so bad that you would go so far to get it. I'm definitely not talking about girls here.. I'm talking about passion here. PASSION FOR SHOES!! :))
Well I have been searching for a shoe for quite sometime.. it was released back in 2007 for a limited pairs. Well i was kinda unlucky as financially i am not that secured back then ( as if i am so secured now :S )

Lets talk about this shoe in particular. It's called Rakugaki from Asics Onitsuka Tiger. I am so into this particular brand because for me it is like the casual version of clarks. and I would go for design that wont be available in uptown or worn by those Remps ( Rempit sounds abit ugly )
Well here's a description from a review from one of famous shoe website on the net

Onitsuka Tiger by Asics have given some of their classic models a Rakugaki treatment. Rakugaki, a Japanese term, roughly translates to “doodle” and after taking one look at these models, it will be easy to know why that the name was chosen. The Mexico ’66 and the Samatore features high quality leather uppers with a graph paper like print. No information is presently known about the release.

About the journey itself. It started in 2007 but back then i know that owning this shoe that very moment would be impossible and as the year passes on.. as you know for the limited shoe wont add up in the market so the quantity become lesser and lesser. Earlier this year in 2010 i browsed through a lot of online forum, ebay, mudah, lowyat forum and not a single person who owns this shoe wanted to sell them for some obvious reason.

There's actually a shoe available in eBay international but it costs 299usd. Well you do the math if its not even inclusive of the shipping costs. The shoe location is in New York and you can expect another at least RM200 for the international shipping. Bearing in mind the risk of losing the shoe on the way to Malaysia.

Then today 20th July 2010. I saw someone asking about anyone selling rakugaki ( i gave up asking long time ago ) and there is this one guy stated that he actually owns one and wanted to sell because its small for him. It was 8US 7UK in size. To be honest i am wearing a size bigger but what the heck, i PM the guy and asked him about the price and i would do immediate COD at his place just for the sake of this shoe and the rest is history.

A Day to Celebrate

The last few days have been quite unpleasant for me, as the dean office decided (or should i say Awang Bulgiba decided) to bar the 13 students from exam. yes including me -.-. so im having this 1 month holiday until 16th of April and continue my 6 months course of extensive studying for the exam on October 2010. Well im trying to be positive on this one and as someone repeatedly trying to justify and make himself better, Im gonna use the exact same sentence "well Tun Mahathir failed his professional part 2 for his Obstetric and Gynaecology and he turned up as who he is now"
hahaha

Anyway yesterday was quite busy as i had to pick up the twins from KL sentral and went straight to SMKJ3 to pick up their SPM results.
